I've been always passionate about all things wellness, right? Because I noticed when I started paying attention to my sleep quality, my diet, my exercise, I noticed that my performance improved in many ways, not only academically, but in general, right? Yeah.

When I was going through my PhD program, there's a stage in the program that we work on what is called an ARP, Advanced Research Practicum.

And my focus was strategic management.
