But i- is the municipality being asked to do things that we traditionally aren't when it comes to healthcare?
34:01
So we definitely are.
34:02
But I think one of the things we can do at the municipal level, 'cause again, we're on the ground, so we're in the grocery store facing the folks that need healthcare, the ones that are, are worried about the fact that they've been on a wait list for four years or whatever the situation may be.
34:16
Our job at the municipal level should be to reduce the number of roadblocks as best we can.
34:20
So in the case of, uh, our area, uh, we'll go over the whole history, but we lost a number of healthcare services years ago, and it became a very negative, uh, charged kind of thing in our environment where everybody was saying, "You keep taking services away from us.
34:34
You're, you're screwing us around." So this went on for a long time, and i- in recent years, I would say over the past five or six years, we took a different approach and we said, "Look, we're gonna try to do what we can in the community," and that included a substantial amount of money going into the local share for a new hospital build in Muskoka, in Mus- uh, between Huntsville and Bracebridge.
34:54
But as we did that, there's a bit of the province looking at that saying, "Okay, they're here to help.

in our area, and yeah, yeah, there's the reaction, everybody.
4:40
But the, the feedback...
4:42
And this was even before he put an application in.
4:44
This was absolutely just at the discussion phase.
4:46
He was kicking the tires.
6:20
What's going on? [laughs]
