Miles, um, he's a character.

I mean, he's a New Yorker, and, uh, what he did right out of MIT is his goal was to go help US machine tool companies be successful.

And so he did a couple of turnarounds with them, and then he joined a PE firm, and that was their focus, and then broadened, and ultimately he, uh, created his own private equity firm.

And that's when he and Jeff talked and decided there's this bigger thing that we have to do that we talked about in graduate school is we need to help revitalize US manufacturing.
