So what does declaring a book sanctuary mean in practice, and what response have you seen from the community?

Robyn VittekGUEST
So, um, in practice, it was a lot of work, and at least one of my board members is on this call, so she was there through it all, and she knows, um, we did not enter into this lightly, as I said before.

Robyn VittekGUEST
And, you know, at first, when my, my board president was so excited about this and so was, like, just ready to do it and, and say it, I was like, "Okay, but why?" We're in a community that, you know, knock wood, we don't get a lot of challenges.

Robyn VittekGUEST
We have very strong support from our commissioners, our municipal manager, the people in our community.

Robyn VittekGUEST
Maybe somebody will complain about something to a staff member, but it never gets to the point where they're writing or they're visiting, going to the board, or they're going to the commission.
