What is the mission? What are the problems or opportunities that you're hoping this organization will solve?

Through church, okay, I was running women ministries, doing retreats, we called them advances, and developed a group called Circle of Friends, which was addressing single women and some of the problems that they faced.

One of the things that happened when my husband did have his major stroke, there were things I did not know.

One of the things my financial planner didn't tell me until after that my universal life and my whole policy, I could have put on hold for a year until I could figure out and not lose that because my husband then became uninsurable.

Okay.

Funny story.

I got arrested in Montgomery because I was going to my hairdresser and I didn't take care of the car.

But what are your suggestions to also attracting high quality builders, architects, realtors, other industry partners to our work so that we can be remembered as a great partner, a great collaborator in high end projects as well from these people?

Yeah, that's such a great question.

Such an important thing to think about.

My number one idea around this is to create a separate page for these partners.

And the reason is you are going to speak to architects, builders, realtors in a very different way than you're going to speak to a homeowner.

And we don't want to confuse you.

anyone because we all know confused buyers don't buy.

Well,

the arrival of social media is by far the biggest of all the changes we've talked about so far.

It covers in every single sector that we're talking about.

And in 2006, you were a year to go before the iPhone had developed.

You had had one year of Facebook.

And now you have a situation where Generation Z, AlphaGen, they're on their screens for five hours a day compared to television, the old guard, four hours a day, and they're one of the BBCs in trouble.

So what you've got is not just technology, it's a new engagement process.

I mean, so it is extraordinary that you can take tin of water and then make a billion dollars.

And we were there for 17 glorious

years.

And towards the end of that time, or during that time, I carried on working as an artist.

And towards the end of that time, I had this idea that came to me, and I started working on it, started collecting research material about it, images, talking to people, collecting stories, noting down ideas, thoughts, and so on about it.

and then we left.

We left Tarawa and came to live in New Zealand.

So I put it on a shelf, but like all good things, it hung around.

Your painting brings it to life for us, and both of you, with your respective work for all of these decades, have made a very strong commitment to the reality that your work brings to life for us.

[laughs] Yeah.

Just like you wouldn't want your copywriter designing your website.

A website designer can tell you what kind of content the pages need, but they might not be a wordsmith.

And then as far as SEO goes, there's lots of different schools of thought about this, but generally speaking, website design and SEO are two very different skillsets as well.

So depending on the skillset of the web designer that you work with, they may offer foundational SEO in your website build, where they're taking care more of like technical things on the backend and proper heading structure on the page, page titles and meta descriptions.

And then you might get someone more like me, who's also doing keyword research and content optimization.

So again, there's a, a big variance-
