And as we talk to people, most said, "It sounds exactly how I would like it to be as well, you know, owning my, you know, kind of identity.

Robin TombsGUEST
Of course, I feel I should own it." But our, our feeling is that, you know, big tech will own it or the government will own it, or a whole load of gove- country- companies will attempt to own my identity, and if I don't keep, you know, using the secret passwords or whatever that they have set up on their system for me, then they're not going to identify me.

Robin TombsGUEST
Everybody really wants to own their ID and effectively use it." And, you know, it was terribly naive of us, but we thought, "Well, if we can get the tech right, and we can ensure that it's high security and it's highly trusted and privacy preserving and that you feel genuinely that you control it," if enough people do that, then businesses, even if they don't really like that change, are gonna accept if, if enough people basically have got that nice verified ID for them.

Robin TombsGUEST
So we thought, "Well, that's what we're gonna do." We've got to sort the tech out first, which will be hard.
