I do a decent amount of work with or I see a lot of college students and new to career professionals.

And one of the things I've always appreciated is folks that can be comfortable with what they don't know.

but can also show you, right, they've got a framework or a way that they're thinking about something without trying to take on the persona of an expert in that space.

And I'll give you an example.

Like you'll sometimes hear people misuse industry terms or misuse big words.
