Mm.

The answer to the second part of the question is, um, it really comes down to personality and, uh, and fit.
18:31
Um, people who go the distance in investment banking need to not only have the basic analytical and intellectual horsepower, and generally you figure that out within the first couple of years, uh, on the job.
18:46
Um, but we could hire, you know, a bunch of quant jocks to do the, uh, financial analyst role, um, but, you know, a disproportionate amount of them would never make it to managing director in this career because they didn't necessarily have the personality and the sales skills, um, to, you know, to, to, to, to take on the client relationship roles that they'd need to as they get more senior.
19:14
And so what we're really looking for is, you know, people who are extremely hardworking and tenacious, um, people who have the intellectual horsepower for this.
19:23
Um, we can, we can teach them the job if they have the, the raw intellect.
19:28
And, um, and then, you know, the ones who have a genuine, authentic interest in the client service business, working with founders and CEOs of high-growth businesses, uh, you know, are really turned on by that and, um, and have the personality to, you know, to, to grow into senior bankers who can build trusted client relationships with very senior people.

And like, I'm just kind of curious, like if, if, if you have done anything intentional, or what are the components on creating that team cohesion that you have?
