But we have not only shows, but we play music 24/7 across the internet, so we're available worldwide.

There isn't a, there isn't a single part of this planet where we're turned off at the moment.
R
2:57Robert WestGUEST
Um, that doesn't mean people are gonna listen to us, it just means that we're available for them to listen.

John EmeryHOST
So why don't you just share a little bit about what that is, and then how do you see that correlating with the business you have, with the radio show, et cetera, right? And, and where, what, what's the next level? What are you planning to do?

17:55Robert WestGUEST
The COM-B model is a general and very, very sort of bird's-eye view, uh, model of behavior, uh, that was developed by myself and Susan Michie, uh, my wife and, uh, busi- and, uh, colleague, um, uh, as a, as a, a, a kind of model to help guide people to devi- uh, devise, uh, behavior change interventions.

So it's, it's very much targeted on a s- on a very specific goal, and that is to predictWhat is the likelihood of a particular behavior occurring in a particular situation, in a particular population or individual or group of individuals in certain circumstances? So, and, and the, and the essence of the model is, you know, incredibly simple.
R
18:46Robert WestGUEST
It, it is just blindingly obvious common sense, which is possibly why, you know, it has become popular.
R
18:52Robert WestGUEST
Um, and it is this: um, it is that in order for any of us to do anything at any moment in time, we have to have three things in place.
