Mm-hmm

Robert ThyngGUEST
And I'm s- kinda starting to think that, um, I'm tapped out in the market that we're in.

Robert ThyngGUEST
Um, I shared a little bit of a few docs with you guys in that, um, text thread about just some of the things that we do submit with some of the RFPs.

Robert ThyngGUEST
It's everything is price, you know? It- I just talked to a guy the other day on the phone and he's like, "Oh, yeah." He goes, "Better service for a cheaper price?" He's like, "Yeah, I'm all for it." And in what fucking world does that make any sense?

And that's why we roll with it.

Robert ThyngGUEST
The problem with us is we have so much equipment for summer work, like excavators, skid steers, and all that type of stuff, that for us to carry loader payments and everything else, I mean, yes, if your contract in the winter should pay 12 months of a payment, I understand that, but...

Robert ThyngGUEST
when you get into the nitty gritty of that, it's like, you have to now take that money out of the installments from that, from that snow site, and then almost put them in a total separate bank account that then pays that, or you got to pay that loan ahead.

Robert ThyngGUEST
And it just gets sticky where I, where we have kind of been renting a little more than I ever have in the past, you know, 10 years, I guess.

Robert ThyngGUEST
I mean, you pay, you know, obviously more for five to six months, whatever your contract terms are.

So is he just trying to remove you from the equation because he wants to put his people in place because they know what they're supposed to do and what they're supposed to say in a certain situation? Or, you know, I would find out, is it the property owner that's saying you're too expensive? How long you've been doing the site? And if you haven't had any problems and you've been giving them great service, why the hell would he change just because he changed property management companies? Go ahead, Rob.
