Now, with outside services and everything that goes on at these golf courses, do you see more need for guys to join the PGA and get involved in the program and progress, you know, up through the ranks?

Absolutely.

The portfolio of the classic golf professional that runs the club, is one now, and then after that, you've got all the multiple level, and there's specialization in the education.

So from general manager to executive director to director of golf, head professional, head teaching professional, there's a coaching portion to it.

There's the self-marketing part.

You can do retail merchandising, really specialize into golf.

So there is a lot to offer there.

And then when you do develop PGA professionals, do they travel and end up taking jobs abroad oftentimes or do they stay in the province?

What does that mean? And why are PGA professionals so important to the success of golf facilities and experienced golfers have every day when they're on the course?

initially the golf professional, a lot of time are the frontline ambassador of the game they represent.

And they're the person you'll meet.

First of all, when you come into a golf course in most golf course, so they're a passionate individual.

They're very professional.

They have a lot of integrity in what they do.

They're the people who will a lot of time will, or the individual that will make you enjoy the game and, Um, they'll try to keep you as, uh, the golfer that will, uh, live and die with it until, uh, it's a long life, uh, sport and they'll make it, enjoy it for you.
