Geez, you know, it become to be really... you know more I really say it really expanded before it was very simple oh yeah you just have one pair of shoes either you run with Pro-Kids or either you run with Converse I don't know about Adidas but I remember running on Pro-Kids yeah yes I remember that and Converse yes but now you have so many varieties of sneakers you have over-pronated under-pronated you got neutral You got so many brand names out there.

Robert NeveGUEST
Right now, I believe sneakers are made of carbon fiber now, which is a new technology for the runners, which it helps prevent injuries on your agility tendons and your joints and your ankles and so forth.

Robert NeveGUEST
So yeah, so marathon comes a long way, not only as a runner, but as a pioneer in the physical medicine.

Patrick OdedinaHOST
What's something you wish can revert back to the old days of running? You mentioned a lot of the advancements, but what's something you wish, like, I wish it was simple, like, you know, the, what? The training is the same.
