I'd love to hear your thoughts on the space generally in terms of where is there still unmet need, and where do you think we're still perhaps under-investing right now?

That's a really good question.

It's following up on kind of where we were just going.

I think cardiometabolic diseases had fallen a bit out of fashion.

I think people looked at the blockbusters of yesterday, like Lipitor and like Norvasc and like the diabetes drugs.

And they said, okay, a lot of the medical need has been met.
