Sure, absolutely.

So the exercise of really talking about how the FNP is trying to move towards building a world-class investment office really began, the seeds of that began when I was appointed as executive director of the fund in 2023.

At the time, I was senior investment officer and, you know, was now taking on this additional role as executive director.

From an ego standpoint, it's nice to say you do everything and you see everything.

But realistically, you have to sublimate that ego and say that you need help as the fund, again, grew from $2 billion to $4 billion.

There were opportunities out there that I just couldn't see.
