Um, so what are your thoughts on that? We'll start with you, Rob.

Robert GarrattGUEST
So I think in the, in the current pace of change in AI, it's fair to say that everybody is at a relatively early stage.

Robert GarrattGUEST
But in relative terms, I think I do agree that manufacturers are perhaps, um, not as advanced as some.

Robert GarrattGUEST
Um, and I think the reason for that is that, um, we deal a lot with organizations who have a large, uh, consumer facing or customer facing presence who are using generative AI, for example, for customer interaction, chatbots, all that sort of stuff.

Robert GarrattGUEST
So that, that's a big area of growth, which is not so relevant to manufacturers.

Robert GarrattGUEST
Uh, the other area we see a lot is, is organizations that have very large, if you like, processing, uh, you know, financial processing, procurement processing operations where, uh, where agentic AI can be used extensively, um, to, to simplify those processes and take cost out.

So what, what trends are, are you seeing, uh, around this, Rob?
