Ray doesn't necessarily work like that, but like, how did you guys rehearse? How was that process?

Well, it was so funny.

Uh, Because it was the day before.

And...

Ray... has such a crazy work schedule.

And you don't often have the leads of shows like reach out and ask if you would like, or really how it was posed is, would you be comfortable or would it be cool with you if you came in and read with Ray as though it was like a helpful thing for her, which I think it is because of the scope of everything she's doing and juggling.

But it was also just like a really kind way to be like, hey, would you, you know, to kind of make someone comfortable with that.

And

Any, anyone can go.

Okay.

Um, yeah, I, I think for me, um, somebody like Aleida, who is in the control room, you have to keep a broad perspective of what's important.

And, and I think for her, you know, she's always an interesting balance because though she has a similar family thing, uh, with, uh, that, that Kelly does and, and is also really invested in Beyond the Stars, I think the sort of responsibility and weight that she carries is about overall what is possible and best for hu- humanity, the possibilities that go into solving the problems or the new tech or, or s- reaching to different places.

I think it's easy within herself to kind of disconnect from her emotions because of what she's been through, and therefore she's almost like more precious about, "Hey, we can't lose this as a whole, as humanity.

If we do this thing, that pushes over the line, 'cause I know what that feels like," right? And so for, for Miles, who has sometimes, you know, against his own will, been pushed into this position of leadership and has been historically sort of a man of action, I think this sort of like conceptual, intellectual possibility of Aleida versus like, "I'm gonna do the thing regardless of how it makes me feel" of him is, is such a, an interesting place to come to between two leaders.

Um, and it's, it's a really hard choice.
