So did you take this idea from somebody else or did you just take a little bit here, a little bit here and bring it together as yourself? I mean, do you feel as if you're very unique in what you do, Robbie? Well, I would like

I actually, one day in the middle of COVID in 2020, in a moment of frustration when I read about a really great agency that I had worked very closely on the internal perpetuation plan of that agency sell out, I threw up my hands and said, internal perpetuation for privately held agencies is no longer possible.

If they can't do it, no one can do it.

And then I started thinking back on the agencies that I had been part of.

And what I realized is that most agency principals started too late in the internal perpetuation process.

They did not bring in the right people.

Yeah, I mean, the tournament that really put my name on the map internationally, right? Like, people knew me.

2013 was my first one to heavyweight, right? It was not first world championships.

Go to your state site and look at all the RFPs, requests for proposals there, and get an idea of what trades are out there, whether it's janitorial, it's pest control, it's window.
