So I truly did not remember really anything about this movie.
3:07
Robbie.
3:08
I had never watched it in full until we went into this.
3:15
I saw it over the last couple of days.
3:17
I had a pretty good time with it.
3:19
And I think part of the problem is they marketed it with this Hulk versus tag.
3:26
And I think that makes it seem like it's going to have less story than it does.

29:26
There's never a bad fight within these two movies.
73:43
And I remember really
73:44
wanting to do that kind of animation.
73:47
Just really cartoony, exaggerated animation for the longest time.
73:52
I was into anime as well.
73:54
I bet Dragon Ball was a big thing for me.
73:57
I remember...
73:58
Being into Dragon Ball Z, but realizing pretty early on that it had all these story problems because they were trying to stretch out arcs to fill episode quotas.
79:01
Superman
63:55
For a while, yes
63:55
...
63:55
Osamu Tezuka had a really unique, like, vision of the future.
63:59
Like, a, a very optimistic vision of the future, you know.
64:03
The robots will come in, take care of a lot of these problems, and help ease the burden of poverty and stuff.
64:11
But Metropolis is a more cynical thing.
64:14
It's, it's about how- Uh, you know, there are class systems and all these problems are created through the class systems, and the robots are not only a means of keeping the poor down by getting rid of jobs, but also a means of war, you know, a means of...

Like, hell yeah.
7:08
What led you to want to talk about this particular episode?
7:12
Well, I love Daredevil and I love seeing different iterations of Daredevil.
7:20
I had to go into the new season despite the fact that I've been cutting myself off from a lot of Disney stuff.
7:28
Daredevil is just one of the coolest superheroes for me because he has like such a dramatic uh backstory and he has a lot of moralizing and stuff that i think lends itself to vigilante crime stories and i like it when he gets paired up with other superheroes too and uh I had known about the second season shift of this, uh, show, because when we talked about the other FF cartoon, I had to change it.
8:07
I'm sorry if it felt like, if it felt like I was being a prima Donna, but when we tried to go into that first episode of the 94 fantastic four cartoon, just the animation and everything going on with it just i i couldn't handle it crazy town like that is a production that had a lot of problems um i've i've since watched a little bit more of that and i'm still not convinced of it But I'm considering finishing up that first season so that way I can get maybe some of the leftover plot threads from the first season they put into the second season.

49:03
but there you have it and we just watched and i hoped you did too the fantastic four and a blind man shall lead was it everything you'd hoped it would be It's
49:14
about as good as I expected it to be.
49:19
I definitely think they're not capable of getting rid of the cornball elements of the previous iteration in the way they're probably reaching for.
ChrisHOST
9:50
And, you know, I got a little bit of that from the movie, but that was also me getting lucky and catching a movie that had him in it.
9:58
Yeah.
9:58
They, uh, they don't do a great job with the sideman, uh, playable characters in this.
10:05
I'm, uh, I'm a little frustrated by that aspect of it.
10:07
I must admit, I...
10:08
The gameplay of this is a little tedious, and I hate to say that.
10:13
And I, I was r- I wasn't looking forward to admitting that.

I mean, overall, as we start to wrap things up, what does this game really get right looking at the Lupin the Third franchise?
