What are your thoughts on the stablecoins? Are the stablecoins just part of, you know, do you agree with me that they're just part of this?

100%.

This is part of the plan to debase the dollar when they need people to continue to buy the debt.

And the easiest way to do that is to get these stablecoins to buy short-term treasuries.

Right now, short-term treasuries, T-bills, are 22% of the overall debt market.

The government advises that that percentage should be between 15 and 20.

It's at 22 right now.

Well, I mean, I got to give my personal story here because I know you haven't heard it.

What is it to own an online news site like that?

What, what were the kind of key things you were thinking about when you started the company?

So when we started, we asked the really sort of naive question of, "Why can't it be just as good as a bar?" And the answer back then was you can't make a great bar quality margarita for £2, and that was the whole ceiling of the category.

You couldn't charge more than £2 for a gin in a tin.

And so we took the risk and said, "Look, we're gonna make it as good as we can, and we'll work out the cost second," and we did, and it came out twice as expensive as everybody else.

And Waitrose took that chance with us and launched it into the market, and it turns out people had been waiting-

Uh, is that the same across the category or different people aiming for different people?

So I think it's very occasion-based.

It's cool.

Yeah, this one, with this product being our oldest release, it was nice to see how things are developing, and you still have the grain-forward note that, I mean, we're 75% corn.

It's very, our yellow dent that we select is very rich, oily-

So that is a five-year-old 75% Oaxacan green corn standard mash bill there with our weeded, our weeded mash bill 15% wheat, 10% malt.

That is at 97 proof, so it's part of our Artisan Series line where we release these different types of corn.
