As you think about the, the programs you've been involved in over the past couple of years, the degree of change you've faced into, what does transformation mean to you, and what's the key to it, do you think, when you think about how you get success in transformation?

The last few years for us has, has seen significant change.

Um, maybe I'll explain that a little bit.

You know, Formula 1 has been relatively stable for many years.

As you know, we, we talk about lots of change in F1, and we are surrounded by change.

The car's constantly being developed, very short lead times, very rapid, um, innovation cycles.

But when it comes to change of the organization, we don't do that very often, and for many years we've been quite stable.

But how do I ameliorate that pressure to some extent so people stay functional, so people stay on track?"
