I'm curious what your insights are there.

I think there's a couple of ways of looking at that.

So right away, it's good to have a primary and a backup.

Who's that person that if we need to organize a call that can get that call open, that can reach the people we need to get that initial conversation and stuff started.

That's kind of something right away.

um also you want to understand you know who's going to be doing the kind of communications that's kind of a key part as well um the other thing i would look at too is who's representing the business on that just on that technical discussion who can go back and represent the business unit to kind of make um decision making now i would say after that you know after you kind of build up those kind of key roles and if you're a large organization you might have legal on there as well you might have other inter-organizational groups that might have to come on.

But I think after that it becomes, who are the decision makers? If we have to make a really tough decision, who can okay this for us? So as an example, if we need to take a system down in order to restore or do something like that, it might not be one that's impacted right now.

Like what are some of the lessons learned? You know, if you had to say like my biggest lessons learned in this arena is are like maybe Rob, what are your biggest lessons?

And so what is their larval stage, the grub? Where does it live?

They would start in March.

They would start eating the roots of, of grasses or, uh, plants.

Could be herbaceous perennials.

After four to six weeks, once the temperature rises to above 10 degrees, they pupate from the larva stage into the adult stage.

They tend to emerge from the soil approximately around the beginning of July.

At that time, they, they climb out of the soil, then start to eat the various vegetative foods, uh, flowers, and petals, and leaves, and mate.
