And then, yeah, Rob, tell us a little bit about your background.

Yeah, very different.

So I've been in accounting software my whole life, certainly my whole working life, but always more through a commercial lens than a pure finance one.

I co-founded a company in the UK called Exchequer Software back in the very late 80s and built that for the next decade.

18 years, so we were a mid-market finance software product, very similar space to where Iplicit sits today.

And yeah, we eventually merged that with Iris software and then it became part of advanced offering in 2005 or 2007, I think actually.

And yeah, I did various things after that.
