Tell me what a typical day looks like for a basketball player, just, you know, preseason and then during the season.

So, uh, one thing The Rectory School does a great job is, is we are very structured.

You know, working with these kids, um, we find it's best that we get them in a routine.

The routine stays the same, and so it's kind of a wash and repeat over and over again.

And so for, for a typical basketball player, uh, what will happen is, um, our weight room opens up at six o'clock in the morning.
