Well, first and foremost, we think about our kids all of the time.

I mean, even in the mornings when I'm putting my shoes on, I'm like, "Okay, what am I gonna do with this kid today?" Or, you know, she was absent yesterday because she was out for a funeral, so I gotta make sure, first of all, make sure she's back and she's doing okay, and then...

Um, but I mean, even just in our day-to-day, driving home from work or, or cooking dinner, we're still thinking about our students.

And the, I mean, the teachers' lounge, the, the, the lunch room at work, we're constantly bouncing ideas off of each other.
