Andrew GriffithsHOST
But I guess what I want to lead into is, so why bother to write a book? uh you got the business set up it was all kind of happening i mean i you've been doing this since i knew you you know did you really need to write a book is probably the question and it's okay if you say no well

Rob NankervisGUEST
part of the way when you're starting doing it you question yourself uh the interesting thing to me and look i've been uh running this business since 2013 and um and so yes it is by the time i wrote the book it was quite established And the thing that I discovered, though, Andrew, was that when you're a leadership team coach and so on, there's no, in a sense, industry for that.

Rob NankervisGUEST
You know, you have to establish your own credibility because anybody out there can hang out their shingle and say I'm a coach.

Rob NankervisGUEST
In the first place, as you say, I lent heavily on the scaling up approach, which is the book written by Vern Harnish, and he's created a coaching organisation and intellectual property and so on around that.
