120:48
For investors who don't know Cambria, you know, like, like we do, could you just walk us through the high-level aspects of the turnaround?
120:55
Sure.
120:56
So, um, the, there's two de- uh, deposits that are located in the Golden Triangle area of, uh, British Columbia.
121:05
Uh, there is the Red Mountain deposit, which is currently, uh, being, uh, under construction in terms of an access road.
121:12
Uh, and then there is a, uh, let's call it barely used, brand-new 2,500 ton per day mill at the Premier Project, which is a, a very famous historic and high-grade producer.
121:26
Uh, so in, uh, January of, uh, of this year, we, uh, completed a financing and embarked on our execution plan, which primarily rests on the development of the Red Mountain deposit, where ore would be trucked, uh, through my hometown of Stewart, BC, and Hyder, Alaska, up to this brand-new mill, and either blended or batched with, uh, gold from those deposits, uh, with our vision of 150,000 ounce per year, uh, producer.
121:58
And so it is a, a, a turnaround in terms of being able to execute on a few different, uh, facets, primarily again, the development of, of Red Mountain, but at Premier to really develop those important deposits properly.

131:14
Have you laid out kinda what your new plan is for Mount Margaret?
14:27
Of course, folks like Rob McLeod at the University of Utah, who objected to the Jake Morton interview, firmly believe that colleges need to move quickly to revamp their teaching and offer AI tools so that they can prepare students for this new information landscape that we are
14:42
all in.
14:43
I think there's an overwhelming... perspective here and an overwhelming need that we have to have.
14:49
And that is, or two actually, one is, again, this respect for the students and what we're trying to help them achieve and to dump them.
14:58
We're training mature adults here.
15:00
I mean, the product of university It's not a high school student.
15:04
The product of university is a mature, thinking adult capable, hopefully, of pursuing their own career and making their own value judgments.

42:15
What's different now in AI and your response than this time last year? Like, what are you looking, what's on the horizon, what's on your mind now with AI?
51:29
Why does combining production with Red Mountain, with the mill and the ore from Premier, make sense for you guys?
51:36
Sure.
51:36
So at Premier, we have by underground standards, it's a good size mill.
51:40
It's about 2,500 tons per day.
51:43
And the challenge with, you know, this mine failed last year and in 2024, two attempts to start up.
51:52
And the challenge was they couldn't locate enough easily accessible ore proximal to their underground workings to be able to feed it.
52:03
This type of mill, the rock grinds itself.
54:08
Tell us more about the asset, the potential and your plans for it.

18:29
Um, walk us through the history from, like, the early 1900s, uh, up until Cambria.
18:36
Yeah, you bet.
18:36
So, um, the Premier deposit is one of North America's truly great, uh, gold and silver deposits.
18:44
It was discovered in 1918.
18:46
It was a blind discovery.
18:48
Um, it was backed by, uh, the Guggenheims and, um, they, uh, a, uh, a prospector tunneled blind into the side of the mountain, found an exceptionally rich stope of direct shipping ore.
19:03
And for the first few years, uh, this mine, which created a huge staking rush in the area, and 10... over 10,000 people came to the Stewart area, uh, averaged, uh, one and a half to two and a half ounces per ton gold and 100 times that silver.

39 MINS LATER

58:30
Walk us through that.
3:46
I've not been to it.
3:48
So it's located to the north where, you know, the volcano, of course, erupted in 1980.
3:52
It was, you know, very famous, caused ash all over the place.
3:55
Certainly lots of local devastation and actually allegedly is responsible for halting advancement of the project in Washington.
4:05
in that time.
4:06
So after that resource was published in 1980, there was no work that was performed on the property until 2010.
4:15
Now, the project, the valley that it's located in, it was clear-cut logged about 25 years ago, so there's logging road access to it.

6 MINS LATER

10:38
So can you talk about what really that development, and maybe this is putting the cart before the horse, but what does that development and exploration strategy entail from Mount Margaret going forward? In your mind, what does it really need here,

4:07
She really was a special kid.

Walk us through picking up this project and really the challenges at hand that the group had to tackle to get to this
1:53
point.
1:55
Sure.
1:57
There's two assets within Ascot.
2:01
And with your preamble, you mentioned the premier deposit and some of the challenges that the previous management has had over the past couple of years.
2:13
Look, a lot of the mistakes that were made, and this is a glasshouses business.
2:18
It's tough.
6:18
So let's talk about what those partnerships, who are the big players coming in here to get Ascot back up and running, or not running, but at least to this point, until you get some new life.
