Would you tell us a little bit about your background, um, and how you got involved with putting together an API recommended practice?

Yeah, sure.

Um, so my name is Rob McKenzie.

I, I, I'm an engineering supervisor h- uh, at Enbridge.

Enbridge is a fairly big player in the, uh, uh, hydrocarbon transmission industry.

Uh, I work on the liquid side of the business, so crude oil primarily.

And, uh, I'm in the pipeline integrity, uh, department, so, so we're, we're tasked with, uh, looking at, at, uh, inline inspections and, and, uh, uh, assessments that, that flow from that.

Any besides all of this, okay, the swapping out of the altimeter, the swapping out of the airstrip, anything else really suspicious in all this?

Well...

First, I want to mention, besides, because of the Weberman documents that were turned over, I was able to track down a private investigator who had worked with Ruther's daughter, Elizabeth, in the 1990s.

She didn't have any money.

He did some pro bono work.

He told me there had been a civil suit concerning this, and he hadn't been able to get the documents.

They wouldn't give them up to him.

Now, first of all, the civil suit, what's the status of that?
