Rob McIsaacGUEST
Yeah, I think the point is that the future is going to reward companies where their leadership understands where they're going and why.

Rob McIsaacGUEST
I think that the idea of just throwing technology against the wall and seeing what sticks is a really bad one.

Rob McIsaacGUEST
I'm watching companies burn huge piles of money on AI-oriented projects, which appear to solve problems they don't have while ignoring the problems that they really do.

Rob McIsaacGUEST
And there was a really interesting study that was done recently by Bain, was covered in an article by Morningstar, which talked about, even as companies are spending huge amounts of money on these AI-oriented initiatives, The results on average are best described as disappointing, that people are not getting what they would have hoped to get from these investments.

Rob McIsaacGUEST
And so that's the broad statement that covers the entirety of the universe covered in the Bain study.

Rob McIsaacGUEST
But what's more important, I think, in the Bain study, once you get past the clickbait headline, is that they've actually identified groups of companies that are standouts in terms of the results that they've produced.

I will tell you there's not a lot of leaders, but they are making a difference and they're learning from this and being able to say, where can we apply this even better and where can we make an impact into the business? Rob, your view on these kind of three slides.
