So what type of patients?

This is a great topic.

So again, just to pre-consummate, this course, this conference we're at, 10 years ago exactly, I came out and gave ECMO and trauma talk.

And I used the Pandora's box sort of as my cover slide.

And I went through all the different five or six or seven case types where it makes sense or where it doesn't make sense.

And then we just had the update now by our fellow Jason Chang, who couldn't be here, but would have been an awesome addition to this.

And did the same thing.

What about why not VA in that scenario? Where's the decision-making institutionally on VA versus VV in someone that has that spectrum of injury, but also has cardiac dysfunction?
