well rob you spent years in private practice and then you went to work for the county in 2012. why did you make that switch

Well, I had been at the firm for a while and I loved it.

I loved the guys I worked with and whatnot.

The work we did was very good and rewarding, but this opportunity came up.

I kind of wanted to look at the public sector.

The business side of the law, I'm not crazy with.

You still had to bill and pay the rent and all of that.

we've kind of beat your opponent up a little bit about you know he's been on the bench and blah blah blah you've got all this outside experience which is great but being the mediator in your past life how does that change the way you would run a courtroom is any of that is there anything you've learned there that maybe would apply to running the courtroom
