And so, uh, uh, we'll just, we'll just kind of start with the, the overarching theme, kind of broad topic here, but what originally led you to begin kind of this journey with the Alumni Direct, with your podcast, wanting to help athletes in kind of this transition?

Yeah, sure.

So I, I, um, I was, uh, real g- was real involved, um, originally in youth sports and, uh, you know, I coached my son, uh, in, you know, all the, all the ones when he's, you know, st- starting out soccer, basketball, flag football, baseball.

Ultimately baseball was his sport and, uh, coached that for probably like, uh, eight years, eight or nine years.

Did, did manage a travel baseball team for probably like five or six of those years, and so very active with that.

And when that got done, uh, then I was like, "Okay.

Well, what am I gonna do next?" You know? And, uh, I was in sales and business development for many years, and so, uh, I got ro- I got roped into basically, uh, my alumni club, University of Delaware in South Florida, and I was the president of the alumni club for about seven years.

Is it kind of job placement curriculum? Is it, uh, time management skills, budgeting skills? What's, uh, what's kind of the curriculum looking like?
