How does that link up with what Carl just said? Like how does that all come together?
7:59
So basically what we've done inside the MindShift Mentors work that we're doing is we've done a collaboration and it's called Morning Wars.
8:08
And essentially what What it does is it combines both movement and the cognitive pattern reprogramming that I'm talking about together.
8:19
So there's no question that with kids, with ADHD kids, that movement and confidence helps them regulate.
8:30
So the work that Cole does is really working with the children to give them better confidence, better balance, to be able to regulate better.
8:40
So Cole works, or the way I put it, from the outside in, whereas the work that I do at Mindshift Mentors and what Mindshift Mentors do is we work from the inside out.
8:55
Because a lot of people think that with ADHD and ADHD kids that it's a kid problem or it's a behavior problem or it's that general type of thing, where in reality, it's a whole family pattern.

Are there things that parents can kind of be looking at and movements or kind of things that they could be doing? Look,
9:40
But where are you now in how you do things? What's changed about the way that you actually live after being part of this?
9:52
I'm very conscious on
9:55
my exercise now.
9:56
I'm very conscious on my sleep.
9:59
I'm very conscious on my nutrition.
10:02
Before Brave, I would eat a hell of a lot of junk food, a hell of a lot of crap food, thinking, yeah, I'm feeding myself.
10:10
I'm all right.
