I think, a little bit of homework, but also certainly some luck involved.

Both my parents grew up in agriculture, but had then gone off to work.

Dad was actually a nurse.

And, yeah, we moved to Albany for a job that Dad had in Albany at Albany Hospital.

And yeah, both my parents wanted to find some land and they got interested in wine, so I wanted to plant vines.

And I remember looking at properties all over the Great Southern.
