How do, you know, chartering risks change what we're talking about in the insurance environment?
13:56
Charter yachts in general, they tend to have their own, they have very active itineraries with oversight activities, you know, such as jet skiing, sea bobs, slides, scuba diving, other onshore activities.
14:07
So each event, you know, presents a pretty much a different risk on their own.
14:11
So the main thing to think of when you have a yacht that's chartering is, you know, to make sure that the chartered guests are utilizing the equipment properly and that they're properly trained, that they understand, you know, the local laws in which they're operating their vessels.
14:25
Like some waters require persons over the age of 16 to operate personal watercrafts, whereas others may not or others require a certain license.
14:33
So it's awareness of that.
14:35
And also we advise our clients and even on the Aon private risk side, some of our clients that maybe don't own yachts, but charter, we tend to get involved and offer a charter's legal liability insurance policy, which covers their liabilities arising out of their actions during that charter and what may fall outside the vessel's insurance.

You know, what claims and loss trends are you seeing and what's having the greatest impact on the market today?
