For anyone that's hearing that for the first time, what exactly is it?

Yeah, that's a good question.

And it's one of those things, isn't it, in our sector, you always sort of catch yourself using phrases that have become very familiar to you.

So absolutely.

So the Herbert Protocol was actually created by the police.

It was, I think it originates in Norfolk, in the Norfolk area.

And it's named after a D-Day veteran called George Herbert, who was living with dementia and and he would frequently go missing.

And before we finish, is there anything else you'd like to talk about when it comes to medical alert? Anything else you'd like people to know about medical alert?

Perhaps you can tell us just briefly what you do, what your role is and what Medic Alert do and whether you think what you offer might be of value to runners.
