Is there a legal liability to a certain degree, like a response, almost like a fiduciary duty? So if you're employing staff? and you're leasing a building and you don't know what potential risks there are but there are some for whatever reason it might be an exposure to something Radon was the one I came across when we bought our house we were in a Radon area so we ended up buying one of them kits online where you have to stick it in your kitchen for three months to find out whether you might die of it at some point in the near future but like putting that into a work environment you've got as an employer you have a responsibility to keep safe your employees and if there are things that you've sort of skipped past which might expose them to health safety risks for example
