And what's this week been like preparing for obviously such a massive fixture, but off the back of a game where you had to reach such a physical and emotional high against Bath away?

Well, I think the, the key is to how you let the lads get over one game first before you start to move on to the other game too quickly.

We s- we spoke about that in the immediate aftermath of the Bath game.

It was such a big occasion, so many supporters there.

The way the game ended was incredibly emotive, wasn't it? Any, any close game always ends a little bit like that.

You know, if you're, if you're over eight...

You know, if you're over seven points up and you're kind of battling away and the clock's in the red, it, it just does- it's just not the same, and it's this...

You were late, weren't you, for that final? Yeah.

Are they a team that you have to prepare differently to any other because of their, you know, their catch pass, their skill, the way they can execute?

No, I, I think you prepare just like how you do with every team.

You know, you look at their strengths and you look at their weaknesses.

You, you, you work out how you can combat their strengths, and you work out how you can exploit their weaknesses.

You do that on a week-by-week basis.

Every team is different.

Bath, Bath will be, were different than Northampton.

So that makes, must make you, as someone who's so, so synonymous with the club, proud when you look around the stadium on Saturday and see thousands and thousands of Chief fa- fans who have changed their plans, done whatever they can to make sure they're there.

Yeah, how does that, the product, do you think, sit now compared to when you started, Rob?

No, I think, I think we've kind of worked it, worked it round back to being very good.

I like the focus we've moved to slowly over the last couple of seasons, where a head contact is not necessarily a big panic and everyone has to start having red cards thrown around and yellow cards.

And we're starting to look at things genuinely from a perspective of let's look at things like rugby incidents, and we're just starting to see instead of these just weirdly broken up games, I think we're just getting a bit more flow back into the game around bit better decision-making, around allowing that bit of, I don't know, like I say, a little bit of, not leniency, but a bit of kind of rug- I think rugby people watch a lot of the things that used to be red cards as a personal thingI knew they weren't red cards, they knew they weren't deliberate actions, and we've got to try and change that.

I think we've done that really well.

And so I, what I really like is that softening off of that approach.

But what I'm really hopeful for now, and I, I, I kind of champion this, is we don't look for another set of rule, law changes.
