When you hear President Trump say things like drill, baby, drill, or you see OPEC actually having a hike here, you know, is this a matter of if you got more supply from, say, the United States or Venezuela or other parts of the regions, the infrastructure, A, can they match the output coming from the Middle East? Or B, does the infrastructure prohibit it and sort of constrains you two into this economic reality?
