You went off.

I'm like, "If this is what the church is, I don't wanna be a part of it.

You guys are rude and mean, and that woman is never gonna find Jesus now." [laughs] So, but I think that was kind of the moment where I was like, you know what? No.

Like, the kingdom of God is for everybody, however they find him.

And so it was, it really hurt my heart in that moment for the experience that that girl had, and it kind of opened my eyes to be like, have I done that to somebody? To where they didn't, they were turned away from Jesus because of my attitudes or my words or the way that, uh, they perceived me.

And I think that's where I was like, I'm, I repented, and I said n- never again.

And it just so happened that a couple years later, or two or three years later, we moved away from the umbrella or the, even just the sheltered life of being in the same city with the same people in the same church for 20-plus years.
