I hadn't worked with him before, but you know, being in the same circles, he actually brought me over to help transform UnitedHealthcare and really start to think about how do we have better experiences for, for members.

And that's when I entered in- into healthcare and really started.

They had product managers, but a little bit more of a, a, you know...

I hate agile's overused, you know, but, like, more of a modern product team.

Much more rapid, much more focused on the actual end user, but still data-driven and really clear on sort of what the business outcomes sort of brought that experience to United.

Yeah.

Um, and of course the last three years have been pretty significant.

Um, I'd say about 22% of healthcare organizations have been using domain-specific AI tools already, which is actually high compared to, like, the general, um, population of companies is around 9%.

So healthcare is aggressively using AI.

The, the areas where I think that it's been, um, pretty successful, I'll highlight three, but there's lots of different areas across, like, the whole healthcare industry.

Uh, but the first one is around ambient clinical documentation.

So one of the biggest areas of, of sort of frustration for physicians and burnout is having to, you know, we call it, like, charting, right? When they're, when you're sitting with your patient, you're sort of charting.
