But we've got this specialist that has come in, spoken to us, and we haven't got, like any more more clarity essentially what's what's the role of a careers advisor and what should they be doing you know for students because maybe students have the wrong expectations or maybe the careers advisors are doing the wrong things and not being as as effective as we assume they should be essentially yeah

So I think sometimes we have the wrong approach in the UK when it comes to the careers advisor.

The careers advisors, they're not a counsellor.

They're not going to come in and sit down, I believe, and shouldn't be talking to you exactly what it is that you want to do.

They should have been having these conversations way earlier from year seven and year eight.

And it is their responsibility to interject a careers curriculum into the school life, essentially.

So there should be drop down days.
