It can be all over the place.
4:51
Okay.
4:52
I'll actually, I'll share both.
4:55
I'll actually share both.
4:57
So back in, I'd say it was 2019, when this entire shift in brain surgery and radiation treatment and a dissolving marriage was all happening, I actually remember thinking, oh, I'll get through this tumor thing and I'll figure it out.
5:22
I'm healthy.
5:23
I have a strong mindset.

You want to share a couple of really, really heavy stuff that happened there?
8:01
were you like? Just curious, what kind of like like what was what were you feeling or what was what were the signs or that what was changing?
8:07
Yeah, it started after an Ironman race I did in Arizona about...
8:14
My friend asked me to ride like, I think it was like 500 miles around Oregon.
8:21
And I was like, heck yeah, I'm in.
8:23
And that was like after my Ironman race.
8:25
It was about seven months later.
8:26
And in that seven month time, I put on like 40 pounds and I couldn't stop eating though.
11:11
So at what point then do you finally get a real diagnosis?
6:25
what happened once you got diagnosed?
6:28
Well, I had just, um, completed another Ironman race, um, and it, and it was...
6:33
I barely got through it.
6:35
Uh, and, um, and again, I, I, I think I fired a couple coaches [laughs] into this.
6:44
And, and so I barely got through it, and, um, but I wasn't recovering.
6:48
I couldn't get off the couch.
6:51
Um, I, I'm very proactive in what's going on in my body, so I started researching things like adrenal fatigue and looking at the HPA axis, and I would talk to other, um, people in the fitness industry.
11:38
[laughs] What happened?
