Rick, what do you think? How are things going to change in Vegas with Tillman Fertitta now owning properties on the Strip?

Oh, that's a very broad question, obviously.

But one of the things that I wanted to mention first off is that when Shut Up and Listen first came out, I was one of the first people to get an interview with him when the book was released.

And he has a pretty convincing case about what you need to know to pull off a big deal.

And as we all know, this Caesars is a big deal.

What the final outcome is going to be, it's really very too early to tell.

But I think among some of the things that we could look at is the prospect of the blending of the Caesars properties with the Golden Nugget properties.

And the LVCVA has got to be going crazy because they don't have any control over this anymore.
