were all kept in the town office and the town office caught fire back in 1960 and burnt all the old records so we virtually have next to nothing for old records and so the only records that we do have like still from these people is what we can take off the headstones so that's and from there on in whoever gets buried after that right so but yeah otherwise the village has lost all its old previous records Is that right? That's such a difficult thing to overcome.

It was a box from the Council Minutes, all dating back from about 1940 to 1942.
