And then you
19:13
don't run again for a year or two and then you try it one more time and you're like, I'm terrible at this and then you stop.
19:20
So why would I be good at running? And and I thought, you know, I'm going to do I'm going to be my own personal trainer with this, which is stop going out there trying to run and keep up with everybody.
19:34
And and which is impossible, which is also why it was so hard for me to do.
19:40
And so I did a couple runs and they were short.
19:43

23:47
all right that's great so uh thank you for for that i'm very excited the the recovery business is it's called recover and we were the first recovery studio in existence.
24:01
And we were with a small little business in New York City where, you know, we were training some of the same people or similar people where it was like, here are these high end athletes that have the coolest access to things.
24:15
And I was like, I want to do that.
24:18
I was like, in fact, I bet my clients would want to do that.
24:22
I bet other people's clients would want to do that.
24:24
So I was like, let's maybe create a business where you can take what some of these athletes had access to and these really cool top end athletic training places.

educated thousands of trainers right you you've had audience with thousands of trainers um through the national academy of sports medicine as well as your own uh ventures but having seen and worked with and educated trainers um what what is it that separates a good trainer from a great trainer in today's industry not 20 years ago, but in today's industry for all the evolution that we've already discussed in fitness and wellness.
