So you move from being the parent that is there telling them things, giving them direct advice, telling them, "This is the right way to do something or the wrong way to do something." You move into more of that coach, that consultant role, and the reason I, I, I kind of like the word consultant is consultants are brought in at the request of the client.

But a lot of the same reasons that Clancy described Andy is, is w- who, the person I'd want to shadow, I've come, I'm coming out of the business world, but we are moving into the creative and the media space, and there's so much that I don't know about that space, and I really am intrigued by those who have been able to stay true to their creative sides and build a business.
