The next turning point was just going on that journey and eventually finding someone that would help me find my own route out of that.

It's interesting you said that, and I don't know what your thoughts are, but it's like I sort of work with people around getting them to, you know, in this time of year, you know, year's resolutions and change and goals, but people don't change, you know.
21:43
Habits.
21:44
Yeah, habitual patterns of behaviour, everyone's into those.
21:47
That's what takes place.
21:49
And often it's just that enough pain And the thing in the work that you probably do, Gaz, as well, and that I do, is trying to get people proactively to change rather than get to a point where there's so much pain that they're literally at that, you know, that metaphorical rock, you know, cliff face.
22:08
They're either going to turn around or whatever, you know.

It's... being depressed or being low and and feeling upset or being anxious or being fearful you're allowed to feel like that it's a normal otherwise they wouldn't exist if you if you end up feeling a certain way you're allowed to feel like that there's a reason for it and i think a lot about i hate the word resilience but people talk about how what is resilience how do you become resilient a lot of it is just being emotionally aware and i think you'll be a lot more your mental health will be a lot better if you just allowed yourself to feel those emotions acknowledge them be honest with yourself explore them and then work out what you need to do to get out the other side it's just a difficult bit though yeah yeah
