And this character, Ethel, she used to gather herself a team of performers for her performance group.

She used to particularly look out for younger people.

And so those of us who fitted that age bracket and had the ability or the potential ability, we were snapped up by her.

And so, yes, I was brought into it like that.

But Ethel was an amazing Morris dancer.

So the sort of dancing we do is Cotswold Morris dancing.

How did it get started, just
