Is there any more-- any in particular strategy that stood out to you most that was most effective when you were looking at doing or, or gaining support for the project?
4:37
So for-- On a monthly basis, I report out the guardrail compliance and, you know, i-if you haven't hit the ISMP goal of ninety-five percent, uh, you're in red.
4:48
And so a little healthy competition never hurt.
4:50
So, you know, often you'll have clinicians reach out saying, "Well, why are we in red?" Like, "W-W-What can we do to improve this, uh, thing? Why at a facility that does hundreds of more infusions in a month, do they, you know, attain or, or get close to that, and why are they not in red?" So a little healthy competition amongst them, uh, kinda gets them, you know, "Uh, well, what can we do to improve?" Uh, so they reach out and ask for those tips and tricks.
5:17
And, you know, sometimes we may have to, you know, have an, um, in-service in that area to discuss those, uh, those rationale, wh- you know, where we are going wrong, you know, using the MSA platform, diving in to see wha-what's kind of happening in that particular area.
5:34
So, you know, having that competition between facilities at the moment, you know, why is this facility close and why aren't we-- why are we so far off? And then, um, you know, sometimes it also doesn't hurt that some of those clinicians need a, a green belt project to, you know, you know, ob-obtain that, uh, as well.
5:51
And so right now, uh, it's kind of facility level based, uh, that little healthy competition.
