Maybe the things I was focusing on before just weren't the thing I should have been focusing on.

I would say for me, this was the first majorly public failure in my life.

You know, I mean, I will be the first to admit when I was an undergrad that Really, until I got to graduate school, I really never applied scholastically.

So my parents would complain, why aren't your grades matching your aptitude testing scores? But I told everybody I know with chest-beating fury how successful I was going to be, how much money I was going to write, all the stuff I talked about before.

And so – I, this didn't happen overnight for me.

Like I went back to that job.

I went back to that business that I co-founded and nothing was ever the same for me.

Yeah.
